History

Evoplay, ever since it was founded by serial entrepreneurs almost 17 years ago, has operated as one of the top software providers in the iGaming. The studio spent the first few years under the radar despite its innovations. And in the meantime, it was gathering resources, partnerships, and employees.

From there, the company's natural progression ended up beating various team milestones and winning a variety of rewards. On July 28, 2016, Evoplay Entertainment held a competition for talented game developers intending to bring the programmers' vision to life.

Between February 6-8, 2017, the studio exhibited brand new products at ICE Totally Gaming to attract new clients. On July 17, 2018, the studio visited the iGB Live show in RAI expo centre, Amsterdam to exhibit Baccarat 777, Great Conflict, and the headline-making 3D/VR slot Necromancer.

Between October 24-25, 2018, Evoplay extends its reach to Africa; having been given the chance to exhibit its solutions at ICE in Johannesburg. On the 4th of December, 2018, Evoplay Entertainment was shortlisted in the best gaming innovation category by SBC awards for its 3D/VR slot Necromancer. Also in 2018, the studio exhibited its slot, Syndicate at SiGMA.

In 2019, Evoplay Entertainment formed a new partnership with SoftGamings. The agreement dictates that the studio will supply all of its games to the iGaming developer. Furthermore, in 2019, the software provider showed off their games at ICE Totally Gaming at ExCel in London.

A few months later, the studio was crowned Spinnovator of the Year for its effort in the 3D/VR gaming department—namely Sprinkles. It's the studio's first game of the year award, won at the Prague’s Spinnovation Summit.

In 2020, Evoplay makes history at EGR B2B awards for innovation in mobile. The award is only given to software providers with huge commercial success and innovations year-round.

Evoplay Entertainment develops B2B solutions, in the form of AAA calibre slots, instant and table titles for online casinos. The sum of it all is that Evoplay Entertainment's solutions are feature-packed—with some being bet management system in place, full HD experience, and easy integration courtesy of the client-intuitive SoftGamings’ Unified API.

Top 3 Games from Evoplay Entertainment

Evoplay Entertainment is a multi-genre online casino game provider that was established in 2003. With over 50 slots, table, and instant games in their catalogue—it's an understatement saying the studio's game-making process takes quite some time.

But there are results; try to imagine my divided state of mind over which favourite title I should pick. To that, slots and instant games are my recommended favourites. My reasons for picking them being their deep storytelling mechanics, customizations, and rewarding RTP. Discover more now.

Red Cliff

Evoplay's approach to choosing themes is perhaps why players love the studio. Red Cliff is inspired by the Battle of the Red Cliff fought by two warlords (Liu Bei and Sun Quan) at the end of the Ham dynasty. It's a 5-reel slot with up to 25 fixed paylines and an RTP of 95%. As for the details, there are 10 symbols, wild and scatter symbols (army of shields and great sword respectively), wild win multiplier, free spins level, and three refreshing random events.

To kickstart any of the features I listed above, you need to create combinations following the payline. The more identical symbols creating combos are, the better your win. Of course, the best combo you can make is hitting two or more scatters, which in turn, activates the free spins bonus level. In there, you'll find three stages.

The first stage which activates when you hit two scatters gives a wild multiplier x5 plus five free spins. Stage two activates when you hit a minimum of 6 scatters, with its rewards being a wild multiplier x25 and five free spins. The final stage activates with 12 or more scatters, and it gives a staggering x250 multiplier plus five free spins as well.

Nevertheless, while most players might be biased to the scatter combos, the three random events in the game shouldn't be ignored. They are cleave hit, savage blow, and laceration hit and they randomly transform symbols into wilds and any identical symbol for higher combos.

Hungry Night

Even by the Evoplay's standards, Hungry Night is probably the studio's spookiest title. It's set in the underworld, where the Queen of Spider and the Queen of Bats mercilessly wage war. It's a 5-reel adventure-packed title with 9 paylines and high-medium volatility which is contrasted nicely by the high RTP (96.1%).

There are 8 symbols with the high-paying ones being the potions, bats, and spiders. For the scatters, there are two in the game; the spider and bat scatter. As usual, the more you combine identical symbols, the bigger the wins. The same principle applies to the scatter symbol, which triggers the free spins level whenever you get three scatters.

If you get three spider scatters, you'll be given 9 Queen of Spiders free spins. On the other hand, hitting three bat scatters will activate 9 Queen of Bats free spin. After each spin, either spider or bat scatters will be left behind to create even more combos. Finally, there's the random event feature which is triggered by any spin lost.

Your rewards for this stage are the night wings and wild hunt features. The first one gives three free spins followed by a wild expansion that horizontally covers three reels for more win. As for the wild hunt, it's a reward of three free spins, followed by the bat symbols turning sticky. Overall, the game is choke-full of features to experience.

Necromancer

The Necromancer is more or less eye-candy, featuring fun and colourful 3D visuals. Its a 5x4 reel title with an RTP of 96%, contradicting low volatility, and a jolting 40 fixed paylines. High-value symbols to take note of is the wild and scatter symbols, represented by a pumpkin monster and a gold chest respectively.

The game highlights are the respin and free spin features. With the former, any winning combination simply awards a respin whereby the winning symbols appear across the reels to trigger bigger wins. As for the free spin feature (five free spins in total), it's activated whenever you hit three scatters. The betting range is accommodating enough, running from 0.1 to 500 coins.
